Scoreboard is an iOS scorekeeper for sports and games. It helps you keep a clear scoreboard, correct mistakes quickly, save match history, and share final results.

Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue is purchase-related, do not send payment card details; Apple handles App Store payments directly.
Quick Help
- Start a match: choose a template, enter team or player names, and begin scoring with large tap targets.
- Fix a scoring mistake: use undo and redo while scoring live.
- Save history: finish a match to keep the result in local history.
- Share a result: open a saved match and share the result as text or an image through the iOS share sheet.
- Restore Pro: open the Pro screen and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Use iCloud Sync: Scoreboard Pro can sync history and settings through the Apple iCloud account on your device when you enable iCloud Sync in the app.
Purchases and Refunds
Scoreboard Pro is a one-time in-app purchase managed by Apple. If Pro does not unlock after purchase, try Restore Purchases first, then restart the app and check that you are using the same Apple ID.
Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store purchase system. We cannot see full payment card details or issue Apple refunds directly.
Data and Privacy
Scoreboard does not require an AlgoLab account. Match history is stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud Sync, Apple iCloud may store and sync app data across your Apple devices.

Troubleshooting
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- Close and reopen the app if the interface appears stuck.
- Restart your device if scoring, sharing, or iCloud sync continues to behave unexpectedly.
- For iCloud sync issues, confirm iCloud Drive is enabled on the device and that you are signed in to the intended Apple ID.
- If you delete the app, local-only history may be removed from the device unless it has been synced or backed up by Apple services.
